Continuing from the series “From Fragmented Fields to a Unity of Effort for Early Childhood Development: The SDGs and Multisectoral ECD Monitoring and Evaluation Systems”, UNICEF and the RISE Institute invited people to this webinar on “National Child Tracking Systems: Successful Systems of Chile and Colombia”.

Ana María Peñuela, Director of Early Childhood, Ministry of Education of Colombia and Jeanet Leguas, Director of Programmatic Department of Chile Crece Contigo, the Early Childhood National Program of the Ministry of Social Development of Chile, presented the national child tracking systems of Colombia and Chile. The moderator was Carlos del Castillo of the RISE Institute.

The presenters explained how their child tracking systems were developed, how they are related to their national ECD monitoring and evaluation systems, and how they are used for the continuous planning and improvement of ECD services.

The webinar was conducted in Spanish with simultaneous interpretation in English, Arabic and French.
