The conference will have a strong focus on the nurturing care components. A series of three papers will be presented, providing an overview of the current state of play and discussing recommendations for informing relevant processes at both national and local levels.
These recommendations are expected to inform the 2020 National ECD Strategy, with the tentative leader for this being the Ministry of Health.
