Ghana was the first nation in the world to launch the Nurturing Care Framework for Early Childhood Development, after the global launch at the World Health Assembly in May 2018.
Three years into the implementation of the Framework in Ghana, the Early Childhood Network Ghana (ECNG) invited people to participate in the National Early Childhood Conference on the Nurturing Care Framework for Early Childhood Development in Ghana.
The conference sought to create a common platform for all stakeholders to dialogue on Ghana’s milestones in the implementation of the Nurturing Care Framework. It stimulated the minds of participants and provided a clear pathway for practitioners to contextualize nurturing care in the delivery of ECCD services, programmes, and interventions in Ghana.
