The International Pediatric Association (IPA) hosted a second webinar focused on early childhood development. This webinar included examples from Lebanon and India on how to promote nurturing care in health settings.

The example from Lebanon outlined different developmental care strategies for small and sick newborns and showed how, when we provide developmental care, we are actually supporting nurturing care.

The example from India explained IAP Nurture, an initiative of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics. This project seeks to build the knowledge and skills of pediatricians to promote nurturing care.
