Lebanon’s ECD strategy to be aligned with Nurturing Care

An inter-ministerial meeting was held to discuss the finalization of the early childhood development (ECD) strategy.

Presentations on the Nurturing Care Framework were made. The ministries represented included: Ministry of Public Health, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Social Affairs (Higher Council of Childhood).

The ECD strategy is being co-led by the Ministry of Public Health and the Ministry of Social Affairs.

Outcome: The ECD strategy will be aligned to the Nurturing Care Framework.
