The aim was to sensitize the high level stakeholders and obtain their commitment and support to finalize the multisectoral ECD strategy.
Technical workshop
A 3-day workshop (24 November to 2 December 2020) was organized for technical staff from relevant ministries and partners. The aim was to foster a common understanding of ECD across sectors and advance finalization of a national multisectoral ECD strategy.
Journalist workshop and site visit
On 24 November 2020, a half day workshop was organized for 35 media professionals followed by an opportunity for 10 journalists to visit ECD-related sites and generate stories from the field visits.
