From science to action: nurturing care for early childhood development

This recorded presentation describes HOW we can ensure all children survive, thrive and reach their full developmental potential. It describes the concept “nurturing care” and provides an overview of the “Nurturing Care Framework.” It emphasizes the need to create enabling environments for nurturing care, use existing entry points, and collaborate within and across sectors and stakeholders. 

This presentation is part of a series of presentations developed by the World Health Organization and UNICEF in preparation for national workshops across the Middle East in 2021.
