This 90-minute webinar marked the official launch of the Guide on Designing, Implementing, Evaluating, and Scaling Up Parenting Interventions, developed by WHO in collaboration with Parenting for Lifelong Health and the Global Initiative to Support Parents. The guide is a critical resource for policymakers, program implementers, and researchers seeking to expand evidence-based parenting interventions globally.
Objectives were:
- To introduce the Parenting Scale-Up Guide as a comprehensive resource for scaling up parenting interventions.
- To highlight diverse country experiences and pathways for scaling parenting interventions, showcasing real-world examples of institutionalisation and systems change.
- To support shared learning among global partners on common challenges, and strategies for achieving sustainable scale.
- To encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing among policymakers, practitioners, and researchers.
