The Responsive Care and Early Learning (RCEL) Addendum package for the Kyrgyz Republic includes: a Training Package and Counseling Cards. These materials are required for anyone interested in using the RCEL Addendum in the Kyrgyz Republic. Additionally, there are optional videos that can be used during the training if technology/capabilities allow as well as brochures for caregivers.
